The Sunlife Amateur Radio Club (Sunlife ARC) began in 1984 and strives to bring Amateur Radio to ALL citizens of Mesa, Arizona so they may enjoy this exciting hobby. Most of our members are snow birds but all amateurs who live in the Mesa and surrounding areas are welcomed to view this site and become a member*.
The Sunlife ARC meets during the winter season every Monday morning at 10 a.m. at the Greenfield Village RV Park from the first Monday in October until the last Monday in April. We try to have interesting speakers that cover all aspects of Amateur radio. We have several different nets to keep in touch. See the Nets schedule for details. We have a snow bird field day in February and a great Christmas party each year.We partner many activities with the Venture Out Amateur Radio Club. We have a combined Christmas party, Snowbird Field Day, Fox hunts, Amateur Radio Examination Training and some meetings. We work well together and are grateful that the Venture Out Amateur Radio club supplements our shortcomings.
In addition, we have Ham Radio in the Park every Thursday morning, located at Red Mountain Park. The time varies, during the winter it is later, and during the summer it is earlier. We also have some who meet on Thursday afternoons at the Red Mountain Library in the Thinkspot area. It is for those interested in all things ancillary to Ham Radio, like Raspberry Pi, Arduino, 3D Printing, and other stuff. Join us at 1pm for that.
Club meetings: 10:00 - 11:30 am, each Monday from October through April.

Once, at the guard-shack, if you look straight across from where you are, you will see a building; we meet in that building, at the first door on the left.
