Meeting called to order 1000 by President Jerry Davis

Health and Welfare – Larry, KA7ZNC fell again, but doing ok now, just hurting; Diane reports that Shirley looking good for the condition she is in—still needs prayers. Jerry reports that Ellen recuperating from operation but found reduced circulation in one foot—roto rooter corrected and doing well.
Minutes of previous business meeting (21 Oct) read and approved as read.
Treasurer's Report-- Current Bank Balance $2081.25, petty cash $151.86, education fund $925.30. Moved and seconded to approve report as read. Motion carried.
Old Business – Tom G. reports that Antenna analyzer found at Romeo's house. Other antenna equipment Romeo had was mailed to grandson, Brent, in Utah. Tom G. to invite all local widows of silent keys to Christmas Party.
New Business – We need to pay for meat for Christmas party. Moved and seconded to appropriate up to $150 to pay for chicken and ham for party. Motion passed.
Tom Liska desired to know if there was current interest in another CW class this season? Answer, Yes, there is interest.
John Jacque expressed interest in starting DMR net on Monday Evening, 1900, on talk group 31041. Jerry to give presentation on DMR in near future.
Announcements – Cheri announced still taking orders for club shirts, jackets, and hats.
Earl has two cabinets full of parts for sale, $30/apiece
Sign into Club Website to gain access to member information.
Upcoming Titan Missile Museum trip Thursday December 19th instead of going to the park.
Antenna project upcoming for end fed, random wire antenna with cost approximately $20 plus cost of wire of choice. Will be in park on December 12th for those who have signed up.
15 December Christmas party—sign up on sheet being passed around.

Ham radio in park on Thursday mornings
Electronics special interest group meets in Red Mtn Library on Thursday afternoons.
Jim Watson moving out of park to Sierra Vista by end of January.
