Meeting called to order 1000 by President Jerry Davis

Returning/New Members New— Sue Williams;

Health and Welfare --Bill Reports, Shirley moved from Scottsdale to Rehab near his house. Should move back home on 17th. Hugh reports, Vicki doing well, thanks for prayers and cards. Still improving, 6 week checkup next Wednesday. Ron Rust's Wife, not doing well—stage 4 colon cancer, non operable.

Minutes of previous business meeting (18 March) read and approved as read.

Treasurer's Report-- Current Bank Balance $1979.61, petty cash $333.81. Moved and seconded to approve report as read. Motion carried.

Old Business – Explanation of $200 expenditure on Treasurer's Report—Authorized by President Jerry Davis for enhanced website security from GoDaddy, the host of our website.

New Business – Nick Spencer (SK) was trustee of club call-sign, W7ASL. We need to replace the trustee and clarify rules for trusteeship. Tom Goforth nominated and seconded. No other nominations.

Moved and seconded to close nominations. Motion carried. Vote for newly nominated trustee, Tom Goforth, accepted by acclimation. President will help Tom with getting Echolink node up and running.

Discussed details of installation of Node at new location.

Announcements – Electronics class today—this will be last meeting of class because Instructor, Howard, moving to Idaho. Howard will be missed.

Bill showed dipole he made with 3D printer and other parts.

10 meter net still being run by Art, Tuesday and Thursday, 1900 local, 28.329 MHz.
